Responsibilities

• Execute shipment bookings with carriers and freight forwarders.
• Monitor booking status from initiation through final delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure shipment readiness.
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare and review all necessary shipping documents.
• Process shipping-related invoices and maintain cost records.
• Coordinate with carriers and warehouse for delivery-related matters.
