Job summary

ASE Malaysia is seeking a candidate for the CIS Assembly and equipment process setup support. The role covers line buyoff, line maintenance, 5S, and down repair to meet production output and product quality requirements.

Responsibilities include shifty buyoffs on critical machine parameters, equipment conversions, and ensuring production readiness. Diploma/Certificate in Electronic/Electrical or Mechanical engineering is required, with 2 years in semiconductor assembly preferred; fresh graduates

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Electronic/Electrical Engineering is required.
• 0-2 years in semiconductor assembly engineering preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of basic technical concepts and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform shifty buyoff on critical process machine parameters within process control.
• Perform buyoff to ensure process criteria and requirements are met.
• Handle equipment conversion, setup and buyoff before release to production mode.
• Respond to machine down time and ensure repair and release back to production mode.

Job description

To support CIS Assembly process and equipment process setup, line buyoff, line maintenance, line 5S and major down repair in excellence manner in meeting production output and product quality requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform shifty buyoff on the critical process machine parameter buyoff within process control
• Perform shifty buyoff on the process make sure meeting process criteria and requirement
• Perform equipment conversion and setup and buyoff machine within process control before release to production mode
• Attend machine down time and make sure machine able to repair and release back to production mode
• Work closely with production on the machine conversion plan and perform accordingly base on plan

Qualification & Experience:

• Education Requirement: Diploma/ Certificate in Electronic /Electrical Engineering or Mechanical engineering
• Min 2 years in semiconductor industry in the field of assembly engineering
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• Good knowledge of simple technical and computer soft skill (excel, Microsoft word, etc.)
• Additional Desirable Qualifications: Simple electrical and machine trouble shooting skill
