Job summary

Inter Island Group Pte Ltd. in Johor Bahru is seeking a Process Technician to support daily production operations and ensure SMC processes run efficiently. The role involves monitoring processes, identifying issues, and performing basic technical troubleshooting when required.

The candidate will work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain process quality, resolve technical issues, and support ongoing production activities, including night shifts and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Certificate in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Process Technician, Production Technician, Equipment Technician, or similar role is an advantage.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to understand technical drawings, process specifications, and equipment manuals.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, or weekends when required.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
