Job summary

Hirehub Group in Malaysia’s Johor region seeks a diligent technician to operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment. You will perform machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting to support daily production targets.

Fresh graduates are welcome; some experience preferred. You must be willing to rotate shifts, overtime and weekends, and you will maintain records while following SOPs and EHS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum SKM Certificate or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or other related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of experience in a semiconductor, electronics or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of machine operation, automation or manufacturing processes.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, overtime and weekends/public holidays when required.
• Able to work in a Cleanroom environment and wear appropriate PPE.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Ensure products meet quality specifications and follow established quality control procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Comply with Cleanroom protocols, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) requirements and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
