Job summary

Linkk Busway Systems in Malaysia seeks an experienced Production Process Improvement Lead to optimize manufacturing operations, boost efficiency, and ensure product quality. You will collaborate with design, quality and maintenance teams to drive improvements.

The role requires postgraduate diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or production management, 3+ years in manufacturing, knowledge of 5S/OSHA, ERP and MS Office, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Production Management or related field.
• ERP System and MS Office proficiency.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience in process contract and improvement.
• Knowledge of 5S, OSHA and continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead shift supervisor to ensure smooth plant operations and targets.
• Troubleshoot issues to maintain product quality.
• Analyze existing processes to identify improvements.
• Ensure reliability and proper functioning of equipment.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans.
• Coordinate repairs or replacements to minimize disruptions.
• Enforce 5S and Health & Safety in the workplace.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
• Support non-conforming investigations and mitigation measures.
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
• Perform other related duties as may be required by the superior or management.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Postgraduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Production Management, or equivalent in related field of studies.

• Knowledge of 5S, OSHA, MS office, continuous improvement is required.
