Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an analytical, commercially sharp SFE Manager to lead Route-to-Market and distribution growth across the nation. Based in Subang Jaya, this office-based role offers flexi-hours and direct visibility to the Commercial Excellence Director.

You will develop and optimize RTM processes, analyze outlet and seller behavior, and deliver dashboards to support strategic sales decisions while driving cross-functional governance and capability initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SFE, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or Commercial Analytics within FMCG/distributor.
• Deep understanding of local FMCG trade, outlets, RTM frameworks.
• Advanced Excel and Power Query; Access is a strong advantage for large datasets.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate data into strategic insights and influence sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead RTM and distribution processes to meet targets.
• Analyze outlet buying patterns, store velocity, and seller coverage to identify gaps.
• Design route optimization and segmentation to maximize territory coverage.
• Create executive dashboards and weekly/daily reports for sales discussions and decision-making.
• Govern processes and align cross-functional teams to adopt new commercial capabilities.
