Job summary

Commerz Global Service Solutions in Malaysia is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to develop, maintain, and optimize the platform. You will work across production and non-production environments, implement new features, and ensure performance, scalability, and alignment with ITIL and agile practices.

Collaboration, knowledge sharing, and proactive problem-solving are essential as you support integrations and API configurations to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience administering ServiceNow platform in production and non-production environments.
• Strong scripting skills for client-side (Catalog Client Scripts, UI Policies) and server-side (Business Rules, Script Actions).
• Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow development.
• Experience with testing and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools: JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to work EMEA hours (3pm–12am MYT).

• Troubleshoot defects and implement features and enhancements.
