METTLER TOLEDO in Malaysia is seeking a ServiceNow developer to design, build, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules. You will tailor workflows, scripts, and business rules to meet stakeholder requirements while delivering scalable solutions.

Collaborating with a global cross‑functional team, you’ll perform regular maintenance and upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with best practices and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and AngularJS.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a global, cross‑functional team.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Customize ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and business rules.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Perform regular system maintenance and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure compliance with industry’s best practices and company policies.
• Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
