Job summary

Kerry is hiring a ServiceNow Developer in Malaysia to build, integrate, and enhance the ServiceNow platform to support ITSM, HRSD, and enterprise processes. The role reports to the ServiceNow Platform Manager and operates with a 2 PM–11 PM schedule on site at Powerhouse PJ, near Bandar Utama MRT.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high‑quality ServiceNow solutions, ensure security/compliance, and stay aligned with digital transformation goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, HRSD, CMDB/CSDM, SPM, APO, Enterprise Risk Management, Automation hub and ITOM.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in ServiceNow System Administration or ServiceNow Implementation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum Master certification
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence and its application in business process automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
• Development and implementation of ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, HRSD, CMDB/CSDM, SPM, APO, Enterprise Risk Management, Automation hub and ITOM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs and web services.
• Perform regular updates and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure the security and compliance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices.
