Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement workflows, integrations, and user experiences across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, SecOps, or GRC as needed.

The role emphasizes delivering scalable, high-quality applications, maintaining documentation, and adhering to best practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on development with ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting within ServiceNow.
• Experience with UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio, Update Sets, and Application Scoping.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop customized solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, workflows, and UI components.
• Gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, SecOps, or GRC.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, or custom scripts.
• Maintain and optimize platform performance, reliability, and usability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, user guides, and release notes.
• Ensure code quality through testing, peer reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Support day-to-day platform operations, including incident resolution, enhancements, and platform upgrades.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators, architects, and other developers to implement scalable solutions.
