Job summary

Kerry in Malaysia is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and optimize the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, HRSD, CMDB/CSDM, and ITOM initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to tailor solutions that meet business needs and drive digital transformation.

Reporting to the ServiceNow Platform Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams, apply Agile practices, and keep pace with the latest ServiceNow features to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related field.
• Oversee design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow apps including ITSM, HRSD, CMDB/CSDM, SPM, APO, ERM, Automation hub and ITOM.
• 3–5 years of ServiceNow development/administration experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in ServiceNow System Administration or Implementation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum Master certification.
• Knowledge of AI and its application in business process automation.

Responsibilities

About the role

As a ServiceNow - Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the development, integration, and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform for Kerry group. Your expertise will contribute to the continuous improvement of our business processes and the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our digital transformation, business functions and users needs.

Work Location Malaysia - 1 Powerhouse PJ ( 5 mins walk from Bandar Utama MRT Station)

Reporting to ServiceNow Platform Manager

Working hours 2PM to 11PM

Key responsibilities

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, HRSD, CMDB/CSDM, SPM, APO, Enterprise Risk Management, Automation hub and ITOM.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in ServiceNow System Administration or ServiceNow Implementation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum Master certification
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence and its application in business process automation.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow System Administration certification.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Experience in ITSM and HRSD is a must.
