Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM developer to lead end-to-end ITSM solution design, development and deployment. The role focuses on Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge and SLA enhancements, with emphasis on secure, scalable configurations.

You will build integrations via REST/SOAP, drive workflow automation, and ensure governance and release standards are maintained.

Qualifications

8+ years of technology experience with ServiceNow development and production support.
Hands-on delivery across Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, SLA.
Strong ServiceNow scripting with JavaScript and Glide APIs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design, configuration, development and support of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
Configure and develop ServiceNow components: tables, forms, views, business rules, client scripts, UI policies.
Design and implement integrations using REST or SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
Translate requirements into scalable ITSM solutions; improve fulfilment workflows and user experience.
Ensure configurations meet architecture, security and deployment standards.
Create reports and dashboards to monitor ITSM performance and trends.
Collaborate with process owners, architects and vendors across functions and articulate technical options.
