Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an experienced Training Specialist to manage service training initiatives across the country. You will liaise with HQ to monitor performance indicators, develop improvement plans based on local market conditions, and drive achievement of targets.

Responsibilities include designing and delivering training plans for service personnel at all levels, organizing dealer training programs, reviewing service order compliance, and supporting the Country HR Department

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in service management or training management.
• Familiarity with service SOPs and workflows.
• Experience in construction machinery industry or dealer training preferred.
• Capable of developing training systems and materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willing to travel within the country/region and to Headquarters as required.
• English as working language preferred.

Job description

Liaise with the Headquarters Service Management Department regarding various performance indicators, formulate improvement plans based on local market conditions, and drive the achievement of assigned targets.

Develop and execute training plans for service personnel within the country/region, including junior, intermediate, and senior technician certification programs, as well as headquarters-based training arrangements.

Review and approve service order compliance, and conduct targeted training based on identified issues to ensure service orders meet compliance requirements.

Organize and manage dealer training programs, develop training plans, monitor training progress and effectiveness, and continuously enhance dealers’ service capabilities.

Assist the Country HR Department in coordinating training activities for other departments, including training needs analysis, course organization, trainer coordination, and training effectiveness evaluation.

III. Qualifications & Requirements

At least one year of experience in service management, training management, or a related field. Familiarity with service standard operating procedures and workflows is required. Experience in the construction machinery industry or dealer training is preferred.

Capable of developing training systems, creating training materials, and delivering training sessions independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Manager-level candidates should possess team leadership capabilities.

Highly responsible, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Willing to travel within the country/region and to Headquarters when required. Proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.
