METTLER TOLEDO is recruiting a Service Telesales representative in Malaysia to promote our services by phone to pre-identified customers within a local area. You will close sales deals over the phone, handle inquiries, and maintain strong customer relationships while meeting targets.

You will work with internal teams to deliver excellent service, record activities in the CRM, and continuously enhance your sales skills through training and development opportunities.

Formación

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in any related field.
• More than 2 years of telesales or telemarketing experience; fresh graduates is also encouraged to apply.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellence communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Highly motivated, result driven and able to work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic knowledge in MS Office and SAP CRM software.

Responsabilidades

• Focus on outbound sales calls/campaign execution to potential customers to sell and promote our services.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals and other resources.
• Build rapport and establish a relationship with customer through active listening and effective communication.
• Effectively communicate the value of our services and answer customer questions and objections, utilizing our group tools such as SET.
• Accurately record customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery excellence.
• Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development.
