METTLER TOLEDO in Malaysia is seeking a Service Telesales professional to sell and promote our services over the phone to pre-identified potential customers in a defined geographic area. You will close sales, maintain relationships, and present services via phone and online meetings, handling objections and complaints.

You should be an excellent communicator with strong people skills, capable of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure service delivery

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in any related field.
• More than 2 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Focus on outbound sales calls/campaign execution to sell and promote services.
• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals and other resources.
• Build rapport and establish relationships with customers through active listening.
• Communicate value of services and address questions/objections using group tools.
• Accurately record customer information and sales activities in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed sales targets with high productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training.
• Take charge of iBase data accuracy and data cleansing.
