Job summary

WPG C&C (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Service Support Officer to provide before and after service to customers and vendors, support the sales team, and handle order management. You will plan stocks, forecast demand and generate weekly reports to ensure data accuracy and timely repayment of receivables.

The role requires at least 2 years in the industry, proficiency in MS Excel, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• STPM/ Diploma/ Degree holder or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the relevant industry.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of business procedures, electronic components products.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales & Marketing by managing customers/suppliers orders, reschedule and resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Involved in stocks planning and forecasting with a strong understanding of customer forecasts.
• Generate weekly reports to match data with customers backlog and advise recovery plans for overdue shipments.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback, maintain good relationships with customers/vendors.
• Assist in liaising with customers on accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.

Service Support Officer - WPG C&C (M) Sdn Bhd

Provide before and after service to Customers/Vendors. Assist and support sales team in achieving sale target and documentation..

Job Function:-

Involved in stocks planning and forecasting, requiring a strong understanding of customer forecasts

Manage day-to-day operations to support Sales & Marketing by managing customers/suppliers orders, reschedule and resolving discrepancies related to shipments

Generate report weekly to perform data matching with customers' backlog to ensure data accuracy & advice recovery plans for overdue shipment with inventory

Handling of customers' inquiries and feedback and maintaining good relationships with customers/vendors.

Assist in liaising/monitoring with customers on A/R to ensure payment is received promptly.

Any other related projects/duties which are not indicated above will be assigned by the superior from time to time

Education And Experience:-

STPM/ Diploma/ Degree holder or equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience in the relevant industry

Knowledge of business procedures, electronic components products

Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
