Job summary

Huawei APAC MSSD Service Solution Manager is a pivotal role responsible for the order and market presence of Huawei's service products, including integration, maintenance, and operation management. You will analyze market dynamics, formulate strategies, and lead major service-related sales projects to deliver compelling service solutions and quotations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in ICT, 5+ years in service sales/ICT integration, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in ICT-related fields (e.g., Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science).
• Strong communication and coordination skills, good teamwork awareness and relationship-building capabilities.
• Fluent expression and dialogue skills, good customer communication and publicity skills.
• Sales-oriented, quick learner, willing to face challenges, able to travel internationally.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in service sales/ICT integration/maintenance & operations, with IP/IT/data center knowledge.

• Responsible for the order and market presence of Huawei's service products (integration, maintenance, operation management and etc.)
• Insight into the market dynamics and competitors related to service products, and formulate corresponding market strategies
• Implement the marketing strategy of service products, organize and participate in relevant exhibitions, and influence key customers.
• Lead and deeply participate in major service-related sales projects, output service solutions and quotations
• Collaborate with the other relevant teams to drive expansion of service products and improve the relevant teams’ capability.
