Job summary

Huawei APAC MSSD Service Solution Manager is a pivotal role responsible for the order and market presence of Huawei's service products, including integration, maintenance, and operation management. You will analyze market dynamics, formulate strategies, and lead major service-related sales projects to deliver compelling service solutions and quotations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in ICT, 5+ years in service sales/ICT integration, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in ICT-related fields (e.g., Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science).
Strong communication and coordination skills, good teamwork awareness and relationship-building capabilities.
Fluent expression and dialogue skills, good customer communication and publicity skills.
Sales-oriented, quick learner, willing to face challenges, able to travel internationally.
5+ years of relevant experience in service sales/ICT integration/maintenance & operations, with IP/IT/data center knowledge.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the order and market presence of Huawei's service products (integration, maintenance, operation management, etc.).
Analyze market dynamics and competitors related to service products; formulate market strategies.
Implement marketing strategies, organize exhibitions, and influence key customers.
Lead and participate in major service-related sales projects; output service solutions and quotations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand service offerings and improve capabilities.
Implement channel sales strategy and enable channel expansion of service products.
