Job summary

Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced BSS interface designer and integrator to own end-to-end delivery from requirements to go-live.

You will design interfaces between CRM, order management, product catalog, billing, and mediation, coordinating with vendors and supporting cutover activities. The role requires 5–8 years in telco BSS projects, strong knowledge of BSS flows, and hands-on API/XML/SOAP, Kafka, MQ, Linux, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in telco BSS project delivery.
• At least 2 projects completed from requirement to go-live.
• Strong knowledge of BSS business flows: order to activation, usage to cash, prepaid and postpaid charging, product and offer configuration.
• Hands-on experience with REST/JSON, SOAP/XML, Kafka or MQ, and file-based batch interfaces.
• Working knowledge of Linux, shell scripting and SQL.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Willing to work on-site and support cutover activities outside office hours.
• Experience with Huawei BES (CBS, CRM, Product Catalog, Mediation) will be an added advantage.

Job description

You will work on-site with a major telecommunications operator, owning the integration design and delivery from requirement through to go-live.

Key responsibilities

Gather and analyse business requirements, and translate them into interface specifications

About you
