Job summary

JEBSEN & JESSEN MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Service Engineer to lead service sales for the assigned portfolio, including maintenance, spare parts, and refurbishment.

The role involves building strong customer relationships, coordinating with technicians, and handling technical and warranty matters to support growth and profitability. The candidate will identify new markets and stay updated on trends, while ensuring timely invoicing, reporting, and pipeline management to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in related field.
• Technical service experience is highly preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills and customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive service sales through preventive maintenance, parts, repairs and refurbishment.
• Strengthen customer relationships via regular visits and timely updates.
• Coordinate service operations with technicians to ensure efficient job completion.
• Handle technical and warranty matters by coordinating with the service team.
• Monitor costs and resource utilization to maintain profitability.
• Identify new markets and participate in trade shows or events to promote offerings.
• Provide regular reports, forecasts and pipeline updates to Sales Manager.
