Job summary

Xiaomi Technology in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Spare Parts Executive to manage end-to-end spare parts operations for Home Appliances after-sales service. You will ensure spare parts availability, inventory accuracy, and smooth reverse logistics in collaboration with internal teams, warehouses, logistics partners, and service providers.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, process improvement, and reporting to enhance efficiency and service turnaround times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in spare parts operations, after-sales service, supply chain, or warehouse management.
• Experience in Consumer Electronics or Home Appliances after-sales operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spare Parts Operations: plan, allocate, and replenish spare parts to ensure adequate inventory for after-sales service.
• Reverse Logistics Management: manage defective spare parts returns (RMA) processes and ensure timely return.
• Warehouse Operations: coordinate daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Service Provider Management: act as operational contact for authorized service providers; support ordering, returns, and stock issues.
• Cross-functional Coordination: collaborate with After Sales, Customer Service, Technical, Logistics, Procurement, and Finance teams.
• Process Improvement & Reporting: monitor performance, analyze data, and drive SOP and system enhancements.
