Job summary

Xiaomi Technology Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Regional Operations Manager to lead Xiaomi Stores and Authorized Stores across the region. You will drive sales plans, oversee daily store operations, and foster a high-performing regional team to expand the brand footprint.

The role emphasizes strategic store planning, collaboration with partners, and alignment with national retail initiatives, offering career growth within Xiaomi’s global ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years of retail industry experience and 2 years regional management experience.
• Experience with international retail operation models.

• Proficiency in English as working language.

Key Responsibilities

• Area Operations & Coordination: Lead the operations and management of Xiaomi Stores and Authorized Stores within the region. Formulate sales plans, drive achievement of sales targets, and increase market share.
• Operational Excellence: Implement and monitor daily operational standards, oversee execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities, and enhance brand image.
• Team Leadership & Development: Manage and empower regional teams, provide training and mentorship, and build a strong talent pipeline to support business growth.
• Retailer & Partner Communication: Maintain close communication with the national new retail platform to align strategies. Build strong relationships with regional partners, including authorized retailers and suppliers, to support business development.
• Store Planning & Expansion: Lead regional store planning and expansion initiatives. Collaborate with the store development team to achieve regional expansion goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years of retail industry experience and at least 2 years of regional management experience; consumer electronics background preferred.
• Familiarity with international retail operation models, with proven success in regional business development and management.
• Strong project management skills, with ability to drive initiatives efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English as a working language; additional language skills are an advantage.
