Job summary

Makmur Medical Supplies Sdn Bhd is expanding its Technical Service team and is seeking a Service Engineer/Service Technician to install, commission, test and maintain laboratory and medical diagnostic equipment at customer sites and in the workshop, with travel across Malaysia.

You will diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance, prepare service reports and provide remote support. Fresh graduates are welcome; excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Experience servicing medical or laboratory equipment is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence.
• Willing to travel throughout Malaysia.

• Provide technical support via phone, WhatsApp and remote assistance
• Manage service tools, spare parts and technical documentation
• Support product demonstrations and technical evaluations when required
