Key Responsibilities:

Job vacancies for Penang office.

Deliver, install, carry out testing and commissioning of medical device including Patient Monitor and OT Equipment.

Perform routine preventive maintenance (PPM), calibration checks and safety tests, prepare technical reports.

Diagnose and repair medical device, as well as maintain service records.

Provide on-site and remote technical support and user training to clinical staff.

Manage customer complaints, document service calls, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Travel to customer sites as required.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Biomedical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Fresh graduates with strong interest and aptitude are welcome.

Basic IT literacy and comfort with Windows-based systems; candidates with additional IT/networking knowledge preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude and attention to detail.

Able to work independently, manage time effectively and communicate professionally with clinical staff.

Valid driver’s license and own transport; willingness to travel for site visits.
