Job summary
Agensi Pekerjaan EPS Consultants Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and test CNC machines. The role requires hands-on work with industrial machinery and strong troubleshooting abilities.
You will travel for machine installation and servicing, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety procedures. English or Mandarin communication is required to coordinate with clients and teams.
Qualifications
- CNC/Automation/Industrial machine experience is a MUST.
- Relevant experience in machine servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting or repair.
- Able to communicate in English or Mandarin.
- Willing to travel for machine installation, servicing and maintenance when required.
- Hands-on and comfortable working with industrial machinery.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, inspection and functional testing of CNC machines.
- Carry out troubleshooting, corrective maintenance and repair works on machinery.
- Prepare and use the appropriate tools, equipment, materials and consumables for service jobs.
- Identify machine issues and carry out necessary repair and maintenance works.
- Ensure all maintenance activities follow proper safety procedures and practices.
- Support ad hoc service and technical projects as assigned.
