FALCON EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD is seeking a Service Technician / Field Service Engineer to install, commission and troubleshoot laser cutting machines and CNC machinery at customer sites. You will perform servicing, maintenance and repairs, diagnosing mechanical and electrical systems.

The role requires travel to client locations, basic machine training to customers, and preparation of service reports. Fresh graduates with strong technical interest are welcome to apply.

Educación

Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or related field

Troubleshoot machine alarms, servo systems, sensors, motors and related components.

Carry out preventive maintenance and machine inspection.

Provide technical support and basic machine training to customers.

Prepare service reports and maintenance records after completing service jobs.

Coordinate with customers and internal technical team to resolve machine issues.

Travel to customer sites when required.

Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or related field is preferred.

Experience in CNC machines, laser cutting machines, industrial machinery or machine servicing will be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

Able to use basic hand tools and electrical testing equipment.

Knowledge of PLC, servo motor, inverter or CNC control system is an added advantage.

Able to read basic electrical wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.

Fresh graduates with a strong interest in technical machinery are also welcome to apply.

Willing to travel to customer sites and work outstation when required.

Possess a valid Class D driving licence.

Responsible, hardworking, independent and willing to learn.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.
