Job summary

Accretech (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on semiconductor field service technician to install, upgrade and repair equipment at customer sites domestically and overseas.

You will train users, prepare service reports, and coordinate with HQ and sales while building strong customer relationships. Fresh graduates are welcome; English and Bahasa Malaysia required, with Japanese an advantage, and travel/relocation possible.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; hands-on semiconductor experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
• Willing to travel and relocate as required by the task and business needs.
• Must possess own transport and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for semiconductor group machines: installation, setup, buy-off, upgrade, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance at customer sites locally and overseas.
• Prepare service reports and feedback on machine performance to management.
• Update the Management on job activities and progress.
• Respond to customer requests to troubleshoot problems and coordinate with HQ and Sales.
• Conduct training on proper machine operation at customer sites.
• Develop and maintain close relationships with customers.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree,Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent. However, candidates with hands-on working experience in the Semiconductor industry arealso encouraged to apply.
• At least 01 year(s) of working experience in the Semiconductor industry is an added advantage butFresh graduates with a good mindset and attitude are strongly encouraged to apply.
