Job summary

Advenxus Solutions is seeking a hands-on engineer to assemble parts and systems according to designs from electrical and mechanical engineers, and to provide on-site installation support and troubleshooting for customized electronic systems. You will manage customer change requests, maintain workshop cleanliness, and generate reports while ensuring safety and quality SOPs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated with strong problem solving skills.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work irregular hours and travel/outstation or overseas as needed.

• Assemble parts and systems according to designs from electrical and mechanical engineers.
• Service, troubleshoot, and debug customized electronic systems.

Job description

Assemble parts & system according to the design from electrical & mechanical engineers.

Service, troubleshoot, and debug customized electronic systems.

Manage customer change requests and feedback by responding promptly, communicating clearly, and following up until resolution.

On-site support for customer setup and installation.

Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of workshop & tools in warehouse.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation systems, addressing electrical and mechanical issues both in-house and onsite.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality requirements and company SOPs.

Generate reports and conduct analyses for all activities and work performed.

Responsibilities

• Min Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and strong problems solving skills.
