Job summary

Career Wise is hiring a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support for customers in Penang. You will perform machine maintenance, including repairs and preventive maintenance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.

We value candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Electronics or Mechanical engineering, 1–2 years in servicing, and strong communication. Fresh graduates with passion for field-service are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical or related engineering.
• 1–2 years in servicing or maintenance field.
• Experience in semiconductor or electronics industry preferred.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply to field-service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and electronic equipment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, or other relevant Engineering
• At least 1-2 years working experience in servicing or maintenance field
• With experience in Semicon or Electronics industry will be preferred
• Fresh graduate who has passion in field-service line is encouraged to apply the job
