We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance for advanced equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical circuits, pneumatic systems, vision software, and basic programming tools. You will work closely with the engineering team and end users to ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Circuit Troubleshooting
  • Interpret and analyze equipment electrical circuit diagrams.
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment faults and component abnormalities using circuit diagrams.
• Pneumatic Systems
  • Understand the functions and roles of various pneumatic components.
  • Calibrate and adjust pneumatic devices such as cylinders and solenoid valves to achieve optimal performance.
• Vision System Operations
  • Operate and maintain vision software, including systems like Linyun, Keyence, Hikvision, and Cognex.
  • Perform edge detection, exposure adjustments, software updates, and analyze image data to identify and resolve anomalies.
• Office Software Usage
  • Utilize office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for basic data analysis, report generation, and visual chart creation.
• Control Software Programming
  • Perform basic reading, writing, and modifications of control software, including C#, C-sharp, LabVIEW, and PLC systems.
  • Collaborate with remote engineers to execute software adjustments and updates as needed.
