Job summary

Tox Pressotechnik Malaysia seeks a maintenance technician to service and maintain pneumo-hydraulic systems, diagnose issues, and ensure equipment runs at peak performance. You will install and commission projects according to drawings and instructions, and complete tasks promptly and safely.

You will also manage spare parts inventory, document service activities, and uphold 5S and safety standards at plant and client sites. Occasional travel to customer or supplier locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years of related field experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical theories, drawings and documents; basic computer literacy.
• Proficient with common hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and maintenance for pneumo-hydraulic systems; diagnose and repair problems.
• Install, commission and complete projects per drawings and instructions.
• Assist inventory management for spare parts and tools; coordinate with procurement.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities and ensure 5S & safety compliance.

Equipment and machine assembly, installation and commissioning of projects. Complete job assignment according to drawing and instruction. Mechanism troubleshoots related problems including modification if required. Completing job in a timely, efficient and professional manner

Maintenance & Repairs:

Perform service and maintenance activities for pneumo-hydraulic system. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust. Routine maintenance and regular inspection in plant facility / machine to ensure optimal function

Inventory Management:

Assist in managing the inventory of spare parts and tools. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement for replenishment as needed. Allocate, load, unloading and quality control for incoming and outgoing goods

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records & report of service and maintenance activities. Sendingservice appointment / remindersto customers

Sustain 5S & safety compliance:

Maintain all tools and equipment in clean, safe, working order. Responsible for good housekeeping in the plant and at the job site. Organize a desire floor space according to project size

To perform any duties as instructed by the company, management or department leader. Participate in meetings when necessary and contribute to the overall success of the department

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field experience
• Knowledge of mechanical theories, technical documents / drawings and skills in computer literacy
• Proficiency in using common hand / power tool, diagnostic equipment & hands-on
• Proactive, team spirit, multitasking and work independently
• Travelling to customer or supplier sites if necessary
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical or forklift driving is an add advantage
• Preferably non-executive specialized in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
