Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a maintenance technician to carry out installation works during project construction and to assist in installing new manufacturing equipment.

You will be responsible for machinery/equipment support, troubleshooting, and regular preventive maintenance. You will ensure all tools and materials are ready for use and keep logs of work and time utilization, with safe practices aligned to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to perform testing, installation, repair and inspection of instrument equipment.
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese language is a plus.

Responsibilities

Qualifications / Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical / Electronics /Control System /Process Instrumentation & Control /other related disciplines.

Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in the related fields with experience and knowledge in manufacturing / heavy operation and maintenance.

Possess good technical knowledge and understanding of pneumatic / electronic/ electrical instruments used in Manufacturing Industry.

Good knowledge in testing, installation, repairing, maintenance, and inspection of instrument equipment.

Excellent communication skills in multiple languages English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese (Ability to speak Chinese will be an added advantage).
