Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a skilled Field Service Engineer to install, commission, and maintain equipment, machinery, and automation systems for customers in Malaysia.

You will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and customer training, perform preventive maintenance, and document service reports while coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on field service experience; packaging/warehousing industry is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, electronic, and automation systems.
