Jora Malaysia seeks a skilled electrical service engineer to deliver on-site technical support, maintenance, and commissioning. You will diagnose electrical panel issues, interpret schematics, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure compliant installations and reliable operation.
The role requires 2–3 years in electrical service or related technical fields, strong troubleshooting skills, and willingness to travel for site support.

Provide technical service, troubleshooting, and support at customer sites or within the production facility
Diagnose and resolve electrical panel / switchboard, control system, and distribution equipment issues.
Perform testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment to ensure proper functionality and compliance with specifications.
Support engineering teams by providing technical solutions and feedback for design or production improvements.
Review electrical drawings, schematics, and control diagrams to assist in troubleshooting and service activities.
Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and inspection records after service activities.
Provide technical guidance and support to customers regarding product operation and maintenance.
Ensure all service activities comply with company procedures and quality standards.
Perform other duties assigned by superior as required.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in electrical service, maintenance, commissioning, or related technical roles.
Hands-on technical capability with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, control systems, switchboard components and distribution equipment. Able to read and interpret technical drawings
Basic understanding of electronics and control systems is required.
Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
Familiarity with production processes or manufacturing environment, especially in electronic industry will be an advantage.
Able to work independently with good communication and coordination skills with customers and internal teams.
Eager to learn and continuously improve technical knowledge and engineering skills.
Willing to travel for site service and technical support when required.
