Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled technician to perform servicing and repairs to ensure equipment operates correctly. You will install products to company standards and assist customers with technical requirements.

Strong communication with clients and precise maintenance work are essential. Applicants should hold a Technical Certificate or Diploma in a related field and have at least 3 years’ servicing or maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Technical Certificate or Diploma in a related technical or engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in servicing, maintenance, or technical support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing and repairs to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Install products according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Provide technical support to customers and assist in resolving technical issues.
