Job summary

Alpha Home Appliances Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable service technician to perform on-site servicing and repairs of electrical products across Johor Bahru. The role emphasizes practical troubleshooting, accurate reporting, and strong customer interaction.

You will work with the technical team to deliver timely service reports and ensure on-time visits while maintaining equipment and tools. A Diploma/Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical fields is preferred, with a proactive, independent work

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site servicing and repair of electrical products or equipment.
• Provide service and customer support during field visits.
• Troubleshoot products on-site, diagnose errors or technical problems and provide proper solutions and advice to customer.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports on a daily basis.
• Ensure all services are attended on time and efficiently.
• Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the technical team.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
• Provide professional explanation to the customer on the service details after each service.
• Maintain all equipment, tooling, vehicle and other properties the Company provides by following the Company SOPs.
