Job summary

• Transport, install, and set up machinery or automation systems at customer facilities according to detailed installation procedures.
• Configure control systems, networking modules, and mechanical components to ensure seamless integration with existing production lines.
• Diagnose and repair system malfunctions, mechanical and electrical issues, and software-related problems.
• Provide prompt and clear technical support to customers, both on-site and remotely, to resolve issues or answer operational queries.
• Gather feedback from customers regarding product performance and issues, channelling this information to design and production teams for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• At least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and networking.
• Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex machinery.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to meet customer needs.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose problems quickly and develop efficient solutions.
