Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable service installation lead to plan and execute equipment installations at customer facilities, define project scope and deliverables, and plan tasks and resources.
The role includes post-sales support, leading escalations and CIP trainings, attending engineering meetings, tracking tool reliability, and coordinating with sales, product management, and logistics to ensure timely, high-quality service and documentation.

Planning and executing equipment installations at customer facilities
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Provide post-sales support and act as a lead on support, escalations, CIP’s, training and documentation
Attend engineering meetings to stay abreast of CIP’s, upgrades and changes
Develop tracking matrix to improve tool reliability, recommend upgrades/CIP’s
Manage global escalations and training while meeting set KPI targets
Manage individual performance, technical and skills development
Encourage open communication between team members, suggesting and driving forward ideas about how the team can work more effectively together.
Review daily priorities and take appropriate action to ensure results are achieved
Liaison with the internal departments including sales, product management, engineering, operations, and logistics
Ensure high quality, up-to-date documentation exists for all service arrangements
Setup/Service equipment at the customer site when required
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve installation and service outputs
Supervisory experience required
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline, electronics training, or comparable combination of training and experience
Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and repair of electronic, electromechanical mechanical and fluid handling systems
Experience leading and developing a support team in a managed service environment
Previous experience in supporting semi-conductor automated equipment
Able to prioritize priorities to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of customer service
Follow up on and take responsibility for unresolved issues or escalations.
Experience of driving change initiatives in a service environment
Able to identify Business Development opportunities
Able to develop effective relationships internally at a variety of levels and work closely with commercial departments such as sales and product management
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Effective Interpersonal and communication skills at all levels, both internal and external
Experience improving and developing the knowledge & skills of others
Ability to Travel domestic and international
