Job summary

Waftech Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced professional to lead assembly, integration, and testing of alpha semiconductor systems. You will relay design feedback to the engineering team and support beta-site deployments at customer locations, including international travel.

Experience in installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment is valued, with CIP test evaluation and execution part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in front-end semiconductor equipment as a Fab Equipment Engineer, Customer Service Engineer, or Technical Support Engineer.
• Experience or background in Overhead Crane (天车) systems/equipment is required.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, or customer site support is an advantage.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Responsible for alpha system assembly, system integration, and testing.
• Provide feedback to engineering team on design issues.
• Conduct a Beta site installation at customer sites, including overseas traveling.
• Participate in Continuous improvement program (CIP) test evaluation and execution.

• Good electro-mechanical equipment troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to travel, work under pressure and take on technical challenge.
• Oversea work experience is a plus.

• 5+ years in front-end semiconductor equipment as a Fab Equipment Engineer, Customer Service Engineer, or Technical Support Engineer (Tier 1 company preferred).
• Experience or background in Overhead Crane (天车) systems/equipment is required.
• Experience with early product stages (alpha development, beta evaluation, or CIP).
