ReSource Pro in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented Service Delivery Assistant to support US-based insurance clients in a fast-paced, non-voice environment. This permanent, full-time role emphasizes accuracy, process adherence, and client satisfaction in an international setting.

You will handle end-to-end insurance tasks, follow workflows, manage multiple tasks, and communicate in written English while delivering quality outcomes; non-night shift, on-site in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Strong command of written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Insurance/BPO or shared services experience is a plus; fresh graduates welcome.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Process insurance-related transactions and policy updates in English-based systems.
• Review, verify, extract, maintain, and update insurance information according to client requirements.
• Follow detailed workflows and client-specific instructions while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks and identify discrepancies to maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Manage assigned tasks within required turnaround times and productivity expectations.
• Communicate professionally with US-based clients through written English correspondence.
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency.

About the Role

We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated professionals to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur.

As a Service Delivery Assistant role, you will support US-based insurance clients by handling end-to-end operational tasks, ensuring high accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction in an international environment.*** This is a permanent, full-time position. Non-voice role, No night shift.

Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Good command of written and reading English.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Prior experience in insurance, BPO, shared services, operations, administration, or customer support will be an advantage, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Basic Salary: RM 3,000 - RM 3,900 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
