The role will provide accurate and timely processing support for commercial underwriting and policy servicing activities. The position contributes to operational efficiency and service quality by ensuring transactions meet defined turnaround times (TAT), productivity, and accuracy standards, while supporting brokers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders in delivering consistent, high-quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Process commercial insurance transactions and documentation accurately and within defined service-level timelines.
• Ensure requests, endorsements, renewals, and policy documentation are completed in accordance with underwriting instructions and company policies.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality across data entry, documentation, and system updates.
• Follow established workflow procedures and service-level agreements, escalating exceptions promptly where required.
• Meet or exceed defined performance metrics for productivity, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Work closely with underwriters, regional operations teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing and timely resolution of requests.
• Ensure all work complies with underwriting guidelines, company policies, and applicable regulatory and audit requirements.

About you

1 to 2 years of experience in commercial insurance, underwriting support, or insurance processing within a shared services or operations environment. Fresh Graduates with Cantonese proficiency are encouraged to apply due to communication needs in Hong Kong counterpart.

Demonstrated experience working against defined service-level metrics, including accuracy, turnaround time, and productivity.

Proficiency in commercial insurance or insurance processing applications, such as policy administration, workflow, or CRM systems.

Good understanding of underwriting documentation, policy lifecycle, and endorsement processes.

Strong Cantonese communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and time zones.
