Job summary

INITIA GROUP is seeking enthusiastic Service Crew for Memir Korean Noodle Specialty Restaurant TRX in Kuala Lumpur. You will support daily restaurant operations, serve food and beverages, and assist with front-of-house tasks during peak hours.

Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are welcome. Candidates should be friendly, customer-oriented, and able to stand long hours in a fast-paced setting; Korean language is a bonus for serving a diverse customer base.

• Provide general support to outlet operations and uphold brand standards.

Overview

INITIA Group - Malaysia is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our vibrant F&B team as Service Crew. This role is centered around supporting daily restaurant operations, delivering prompt and friendly service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. While your main role will involve serving food and beverages, you may also assist with basic front-of-house tasks like greeting guests or helping with seating during peak hours.

Core Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.


• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.


• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain cleanliness.


• Handle POS transactions and manage customer payments as needed.


• Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.

Job Specifications
