INITIA Group Malaysia is seeking enthusiastic Service Crew to support daily restaurant operations, delivering prompt service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your main duties involve serving food and beverages and assisting with basic front-of-house tasks during peak hours.

This entry-level to intermediate role requires a friendly, customer-oriented personality and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus.
• Friendly, engaging, and customer-oriented personality.
• Comfortable with standing for long hours and in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays as rostered.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain cleanliness.
• Handle POS transactions and manage customer payments as needed.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.

Overview

INITIA Group - Malaysia is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our vibrant F&B team as Service Crew. This role is centered around supporting daily restaurant operations, delivering prompt and friendly service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. While your main role will involve serving food and beverages, you may also assist with basic front-of-house tasks like greeting guests or helping with seating during peak hours.

Core Responsibilities

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.

Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain cleanliness.

Handle POS transactions and manage customer payments as needed.

Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
