The role offers full-time hours in The Exchange TRX area, with opportunities to grow within a growing F&B group and participate in overseas training and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Entry level to intermediate kitchen role with emphasis on accuracy and professionalism.
• Less than 1 year kitchen experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation tasks such as washing, chopping, and seasoning.
• Ensure proper storage temperatures to maintain food safety.
• Operate kitchen appliances like blenders, ovens, and grills safely.
• Keep prep areas clean and sanitize utensils after each shift.
• Assist with orders and special requests to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
