Overview

INITIA Group - Malaysia is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our vibrant F&B team as Service Crew. This role is centered around supporting daily restaurant operations, delivering prompt and friendly service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. While your main role will involve serving food and beverages, you may also assist with basic front-of-house tasks like greeting guests or helping with seating during peak hours.

Core Responsibilities

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.

Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain cleanliness.

Handle POS transactions and manage customer payments as needed.

Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow.

Job Specifications

Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus. But Fresh graduates / Entry-level welcome to apply!
