Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent with 1 year of experience in operations in F&B or food service.
• Articulate and able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels.

Summary
Contributes to success by assisting the PIC in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. Attain to customer needs and give the best customer service and maintain the “We Make People Happy” for the customer. Responsible for modelling and acting in accordance with Baskin Robbins principles

Key Responsibilities

• To provide excellent customer service and customer experience to Baskin Robbins customers

Qualifications and Experience

• Min. SPM holders or Diploma in Hotel Management or its equivalent with 1 year of experience in operations management in F&B or food service industry.

• Total remuneration (Estimated around RM2,300 to RM2,500 including basic salary, incentive pay, transport reimbursement, overtime)
