Job summary

Baskin Robbins in Malaysia is seeking a customer-focused store associate to assist the Person-In-Charge with daily store operations during shifts. You will attend to customer needs and deliver the best service while upholding the brand promise, We Make People Happy.

You will contribute to a positive, productive team environment, listen and communicate well with colleagues, and act with integrity, adapting quickly to change to maintain high hygiene and product quality standards.

Qualifications

• Min. SPM holders or Diploma in Hotel Management or its equivalent with 1 year of experience in operations management in F&B or food service industry.
• Articulate and able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels.

Contributes to success by assisting the PIC in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. Attain to customer needs and give the best customer service and maintain the “We Make People Happy” for the customer. Responsible for modelling and acting in accordance with Baskin Robbins principles

Qualifications and Experience

• Total remuneration (Estimated around RM1,700 to RM2,500 including basic salary, incentive pay, transport reimbursement, overtime)
