Job summary

Baskin Robbins is seeking a Store Operations Associate to assist the PIC in executing store operations during scheduled shifts and to attend to customer needs with outstanding service. You will uphold the brand promise of making people happy and align with Baskin Robbins principles.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer experiences, communicating across teams, and maintaining quality standards while adapting to changes and contributing to a positive, productive work

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent with 1 year of experience in F&B/food service operations.
• Articulate and able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Act with integrity and promote the store's culture, values and mission.
• Provide excellent customer service and customer experience to Baskin Robbins customers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Min. SPM holders or Diploma in Hotel Management or its equivalent with 1 year of experience in operations management in F&B or food service industry.

• Total remuneration (Estimated around RM1,700 to RM2,500 including basic salary, incentive pay, transport reimbursement, overtime)
