Job summary

Baskin Robbins Malaysia is seeking team members to assist in store operations during scheduled shifts across multiple outlets, delivering top-tier customer service and embodying the brand’s We Make People Happy philosophy.

Eligible applicants have at least a SPM or Diploma in Hotel Management with 1 year in F&B operations. Role includes remuneration around RM1,700–RM2,500 with benefits such as staff meals and insurance.

Qualifications

• Min. SPM holders or Diploma in Hotel Management or its equivalent with 1 year of experience in operations management in F&B or food service industry.
• Articulate and able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels.
