Job summary

Baskin Robbins is seeking a store operations assistant for Leisure Mall, Cheras. You will support the PIC in scheduled shifts, deliver exceptional service, and uphold the company’s “We Make People Happy” standard.

Role requires professionalism, excellent communication across teams, and a proactive approach to operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Min. SPM holders or Diploma in Hotel Management or its equivalent with 1 year of experience in operations management in F&B or food service industry.
• Articulate and able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and customer experience to Baskin Robbins customers.
• Understand the needs of the customer.
• Maintain the highest standard of product quality and hygiene.

• Total remuneration (Estimated around RM1,700 to RM2,500 including basic salary, incentive pay, transport reimbursement, overtime)
